When I saw all the incredible photography coming out of the Australian dust storm, I was gobsmacked. So I invited the members of the Red Sydney Project and any other Australians I could find to contribute to a photo magazine. And less than 48 hours later, it’s out. Print on demand, baby!
Ever since I updated to iTunes 9 on my Mac and the 3.1 software on my iPhone, I’ve noticed that Smart Playlists are ordered wrong on the iPhone.
For example: I have a Smart Playlist in iTunes (left) that grabs the most recent podcasts and orderes them newest to oldest. I have that playlist set to sync to my iPhone. And it does! But when I view it on the iPhone (right) the podcasts are not in the same order. In fact, they appear to be in no particular order whatsoever.
This problem is not limited to podcasts. It appears to be a problem with any Smart Playlist synced to the iPhone with iTunes 9/iPhone 3.1.
Anyone else seeing this?
I’m bummed. I used to use this playlist as a kind of personal radio station. I listened to it literally every day. Now it’s just pointless.
